Raw rice – 2 cups
Green gram dhal – 1 Cup
Salt,Pepper, Cumin seeds, Curry Leaves, Asafoetida,Cashewnuts, Ghee – As required
Inji Chutney:
Inji (ginger) – 1 1/2 inch – made to paste
Thick Tamarind extract
Salt, Sambar Powder, Jaggery, Oil, Mustard seeds, Cumin seeds, Fenugreek seeds, Asafoetida, Curry Leaves- As required
