karam Rice :
left over cooked rice -soaked over night in water and squeezed from water – as required
salt, Red chilli powder, finely cut onion, lemon juice, oil, mustard , Black gram dhal, Bengal gram dhal
Moremolagai sadam : Sqeezed left over rice, salt, oil, finely cut small onions, preserved curd chilli -roasted
curd rice : பழையது : Left over cooked rice soaked in water, small onions, salt, preserved chilli roasted

    Hello mam, it is refreshing my old memories, usually my mother in law and my grandmother will not waste any leftover rice, they use make Karan rice, more rice as shown by u mam, but this salt rice is new, I must try it, will it tastes good, bringing back the old forgotten traditional cooking, thank u mam
